clear *run* folder

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.newusers (More info?)

I know someone told me but I have been doing and learning much about the
computer that I have forgotten. Would that person please tell me again???
I will save that information. I do not want to install tweak ui. In fact I
did install it a few weeks ago and I got a bad file as nothing worked. I
proceeded to go to add and remove programs to remove it and am unable.
Advise would be great.. Willing to learn...

Thanking you in advance.

If you go to the Control panel and double click Internet Options,
then click the Clear History button,
It will clear the Run folder.

    Hi Curious,

Did you know that you can access the archives of these newsgroups from
http://groups.google.com? Here's your post from today:
    http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&threadm=%23df5B8dZEHA.1980%40TK2MSFTNGP09.phx.gbl&rnum=1&prev=/groups%3Fq%3Dgroup:microsoft.public.windowsxp.*%2Bauthor:Curious%26hl%3Den%26lr%3D%26ie%3DUTF-8%26as_drrb%3Db%26as_mind%3D12%26as_minm%3D5%26as_miny%3D2004%26as_maxd%3D9%26as_maxm%3D7%26as_maxy%3D2004%26selm%3D%2523df5B8dZEHA.1980%2540TK2MSFTNGP09.phx.gbl%26rnum%3D1

and here's the first time your question was answered:

Lots of times I use Google Groups to find older posts of mine with bits of
information like program code so I can repost it without having to figure it
    out all over again.
