Hello,
I have problems with the flash memory with BIOS on my K7S5A board - I am trying to program a new chip (29F002DIP) using BIOS file downloaded from ECS site.
The question is - is the format of the file used for flashig BIOS the same as the file used for programmator?

Please advise. Thank you...

What are you asking exactly? You falshed the BIOS and it's not working? More details please.

What is the files extension? a .JED or something? Find out if your programmer supports working with files of that extension. My guess is if it has an extension of a supported data file type, then your set. If so give it a whirl. What do you have to lose? 29F002's are dirt cheap these days.
