While GRAW is hard on the video cards your card should give much better performance at that resolution. There can be only 2 explanations:
1. Something else in your system is slowing things down. Have you updated MB drivers etc? Do you have programs running in the background?
2. Could be that Nvidia's drivers are not mature enough yet.
Maybe its because your playing on vista? because theres a lot of problems with gaming on vista. I think its more likely to be a problem in the game. Try and get the latest patches.
xp is good. Dosen't seem to be a bios problem more likely one caused by a driver but it's worth a try.
You will need only the latest one. If you decide to go ahead with the BIOs update read the instructions VERY carefully and if you have doubts don't do it.
bad drivers... i would have left it at that.. but i was playing FEAR online erlier and i was in the factory and while i was in a certin room i was getting 15 FPS!!! i was getting better performence with my 2 7600GT...
thats not kool...
do you think i may not be giving my rig enough power...
i have all those spece i listed erlier plus a case with all these fancy lights and fans and a zalman CPU cooler ith fan speed control.
for all that i have a 500 watt power supply with 2 12V with 18 amps each...
thats enough right?
Don't worry there is a first time for everybody. Just make sure to go through the manufacturer's instructions clearly first. Only then if you are doubt don't do it. Anyway there is no gurantee thtat this will solve your problems.

Thats should be enough but it all depends on our other stuff. HDD s etc. Anyway a lack of power wouldn't be giving you performance hits. More likey it'll cause the system to be unstable, reboots etc.
