I agree with all above, for tips and comments, 72FPS is good adn enough for cs 1.6 (old Skool, i like it), anything that keeps above 30 FPS is good.
the human eye starts to notice frame changes at around 20FPS, so i say 30 FPs so you are not sat there trying to differentiate each frame
