Would Windows 7 run on Dell Power Edge 400SC

Hi there, i have a Dell Power Edge 400SC and i was wondering if Windows 7 would run ok on it. It has 2gig of ram and the motherboard has two Sata connections on it which i was going to put two Samsung F2 1tb drives.The CPU is a P4 2.8. It is an old system however it is such a quite PC that i wanted to use it as a downloading PC.I am not sure if i am pushing old tech too far?Any views on this matter would be greatly appreciated.Thanks
