Need help please!

I'm running an MSI K7T Turbo2 mobo with 192MB of PC-133 SDRAM. I recently bought an Athlon XP1600+ CPU, but I can'
t get it to run at 1400 MHZ, I can only run it at 1050mhz (10.5x 100 instead of 10.5x133) I tried setting my RAM timing at 133 MHZ, but it doesn't seem to want to. Any help would be much appreciated!

Set cpu clock to 133 fsb. Or, your board may have a jumper for 133 fsb. Check the manual.

MSI K7T Turbo can support 133 FSB.
Maybe you should upgrade your BIOS.

You need to remove jumper J17 to enable 133 MHz. front side bus. You can find J17 just below DIMM #1. Remove the jumper and you'll be in business!

Thanks guys, I found that J17 jumper when I was skimming through my mobo manual. I have another issue now...
When I accessed my BIOS, I found out that I have access to a wide variety of multipliers (I.e. from 5.5x to 15x)...the thing is, I never unlocked the CPU!! How can this be!? This is an oem cpu I bought, brand new...
I used to run an unlocked Athlon 850MHZ on the same board...could this be related?

You see the settings in BIOS, but they don't do anything with a locked CPU...
