I cant save any pics except as jpeg's and they are all grainy does anyone know how to save as a gif?
or is it just the home edition?

Hi

Try clearing out the Temporary Internet Files Folder:

Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options - click on 'Delete
files...'.

First off, you don't want to save your pics as a gif . . . this format is for solid colors, such as cartoons or animations . . . I'd say that you need to upgrade your video card by installing a new driver.
