File Transfer Protocal

I have Windows XP Home and am trying to upload the ftpctrs.h2;ftpctrs.h2_ off of my windows XP disk, to update my Windows Internet Information Services, so that I can upload web pages built in Front Page 2000. Cannot find the file on my disk, even though I am request by the program to insert the disk and upload it. Help!
