Hi all

I tried this question in W/XP help and support with no joy so I thought I'd
try here :-)

I've been trying to save my settings using "files and settings transfer
wizard" I have done this before but now I get this message :

The disk is corrupted or there is no disk in the drive or not enough space.

But there is space and I've tried multiple CD-Rs. Then when I cancel the
task I get this message:

"An error occurred while the wizard was saving your data.
The location you specified for saving your files and settings is not
accessible.
Check your access rights, and make sure you have enough disk space
available."

Is there a way to resolve this?

TIA
