Opennebula Xen vm instantiation

Hi
I’m new to Opennebula and have gotten an error while trying to set up a Xen VM in sunstone.
I have no nfs set up (yet!!) and I ‘am using tm_ssh. The hosts are added and stats are showing up in the front end. I have been stuck on this problem the last few days and I'am starting to lose patience! hours of trawling the net have found no solutions
The following is my error:
