IT should run quake wars on max but probably not crysis

I would say yes but it would be guessing. One factor that cannot be ignored is on what resolution you are planning to play on.

1280 x 1024

I'm also going to shave off the AA settings

So 1280 x 1024 Full blown Gfx no AA

With a little overclocking I don't see why you couldn't run them at max but then again we cant say for sure till the games are out.

Im a little hicky on OC but will about 6-10 % be a slight difference in game and is it safe to be like i'm not to worry about my card braking/overeating?

I can see a couple of potential dead ends on the motherboard.

First of all, it's only dual core capable. If you get a quad core capable one, then it will, in theory, be useful to you for longer.
Second, This video card is not SLI capable, and, while that's fine in the short run, it won't work so well in the long run.

Third. The last ASUS board that I received did not have proper ESD packing, so it was DOA. I already have a replacement board in a computer I can't use yet due to other technical issues, but as soon as I get the new ASUS board back, I'm sending it in for a refund from Newegg.

braking

You should screw the card to the case so it doesn't move at all.
