Accessing NTFS files

Hey, i am trying to access the C:\Documents and settings\Isaac folder on my old hard drive before i upgraded my computer to a p4 with a new hard drive.

It lets me access the root of the drive okay, but when i try and get into the folder for my user, i can't. I check the permissions, and there is a key in there like adfad-adfadsf-adfadf-adf but it's more random, it's obviously the GUID for my user on the old computer. I have the same username and password now, but it won't let me in. Is there a way i can get to these files because i really need to get to them?

you should be able to access it as local admin.
