how can i go in and find out what ha gone on on my computer?

i was wondering if anyone could help me out on this. i
wanted to go in and find out what sites or messages was
sent from my computer. i don't know a lot about windows
xp, and i was hoping that someone out there might be able
to help me out. i would apreciat it very much. thank

You can open event viewer in ADM. to see events,info.,on
the computer.

Hi Jr:

If you consider yourself at least a little bit important, as you really are,
you should capitalize "i" in your correspondence.

As for your question, just click on HISTORY in Internet Explorer to find out
what sites have been visited. For email sent, look in the SENT ITEMS folder
in Outlook Express (if you use OE, that is).

By the way, using your real email address in newsgroup posts will invite
spam mail.
