I have a question about the new soyo tek motherboard that i'm going to buy here is the site http://www.soyotek.com/products/proddesc.php?id=159
and if it is compatable with the samsung pc3200 ddr 400mhz
http://www.hardcorecooling.us/product.asp?3=199

Because soyo said Compatible With
*DDR400 SDRAM is supported, but support is dependent on BIOS settings, hardware profile, and other factors, and is not guaranteed.

So if it will not run at 400mhz then will it run at a slower speed or not run at all can some1 help me.

if it will make you feel better, DDR ram is backwards compatable, meaning even if your motherboard can only run PC2100 DDR ram, the PC3200 will run in it just fine. And yes, you will need to change the option in the bios for it to run at the 400mhz speed. That is if it can run the PC3200 ram ;)

"What kind of idiot are you?"
"I don't know, what kinds are there?"
