Winxp crazy ?

hi guys ,
i need some help here . iam running winpro sp1 with arabic language input . everthing is fine until today i can't type arabic in the websites and search engines . but i can type arabic in word etc............ what can be the problem ??? one of my friends said that formatting is the only solution is that true ??

Reformatting is so final. Better to go to http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/handson/user/xpintlsupp.mspx and follow Microsoft's directions for reinstalling the Arabic Language language pack.
