Asus A7V333 & New AMD Chips

Just curious, but does anyone know if the first batch of DDR 333 boards--specifically the Asus A7V333--are compatible with the new AMD XP's with 166 FSB? If so, what would the effect of the '4/5' memory clock setting in the BIOS be? DDR416? (the memory clock setting allows you to run the memory asynchronously with the 266 bus).

It will work fine with the new 166 FSB. The motherboard was one of few motherboards base on KT333 that is able to run stable with 166 FSB.
