Whats the difference between Home and Pro Editions

Could anyone explain the differences between the Pro and Home Editions?
I use my PC primarily for Gaming and Internet Surfing.

Is the Pro worth me upgrading to?

If there is no network, there is no difference. So in your case it will not matter.

For a pure gaming/surfing computer go with XP Home-it is less of a load on the computer than XP Pro-leaving more resouces for gaming.
