I don't know if its defective or if I'm doing something wrong, but it can't seem to load an operating system on. I've tried 98 and xp, and both get to a certain point and then it just reboots. When it reboots, it gives me a variety of errors or just nothing comes on the screen. Anyone got any ideas?

Could be an inadequate power supply, unable to run your cpu at full speed. Use the cmos jumper with the power supply unplugged. Read the manual, and look for a 133 fsb jumper and see if it's in the correct position for your cpu. If you haven't already tried it, I would use fdisk to delete all partitions on your hardrive and try again.
