Sync

Hey people.I need your advice.We recently bought laptops and desktops from Dell and installed win 7.Laptop- E6410, destops optiplex 780.We are able to sync data from the network drives and other devices in the desktops but the laptops are not.What could be the problem?solution?(without using other software other than the win 7 sync center.)

I have seen where the Intel AMT causes a lot of issues with syncing, do a search on AMT problems, Sync software, MSFT sftware usually has it's own share of "issues" 3rd party software usually works better,
