Which motherboard

I am looking at motherboards for a new comp. I will be getting an AMD proc to go in it. Haveing USB 2.0, and 2700 DDR are a necessity.

What is the best board for this under $100, I am going be prices on New Egg? I would prefer to stay with a proven brand (ex ASUS). I need to hear of any problems you have had with your boards and which ones are best for OC'ing, etc.

Nostalgia isn't what it used to be.

MSI KT3 Ultra2 - $82 at newegg.com

Comes with both of your requirements along with excellent stability and on-board sound.

The KT3 Ultra2 doesn't have USB2.0. The RAID version does, which is $105. Your best bet would be the EPoX EP-8K5A2, which has USB2.0 and KT333 chipset. At newegg, they're out of stock, but they're $90. Overall though, the EPoX is better than the MSI anyways.
