Can anyone help me get a driver for my 6000, tried Furturedail.com but
didn't have any luck...

Any driver for a straight USB cable (ie *NOT* USB to serial) will work
with all the LG phones from VX4400 onwards (ie 4400, 4500, 4600, 6000).
This is because the USB interface is identical on all of them.
