Need advice on P4T-E

Need Experts advice on my ASUS mobo

I have the opportunity to change my CPU from a P4 2Ghz/100 to a P4 2.4Ghz/133 for only a couple of bucks so my question is:

Does my mobo work with P4 2.4Ghz/133 CPU ?

Any other troubles that I should think about ?

256MBH RDRAM 800Mhz
ASUS GF3 Ti500
Creatice Audigy

Yes it should work fine. Its product info says support 2.4 GHz and beyond, but uses 400MHz bus. Simply adjusting the FSB jumper from 100 to 133 should suffice, if no jumper manually select the FSB speed in BIOS as 133. Shouldn't have any issues.

Ok, good to hear, but if I adjust FSB speed will it also change the speed for AGP/PCI bus ??
