Epox 8K5A2+, 8K5A3+, or MSI KT3 Ultra2-BR

I'm trying to decide which of the above motherboards to upgrade my system with. I'm leaning toward the EPOX 8K5A2+ because of features and price, but the MSI KT3 Ultra2 looks good also. I've also been looking at the EPOX 8K5A3+, but it is a bit pricey at Newegg.
I've decided to give up waiting for the nForce2 boards and the KT400 boards, you can spend your whole life waiting for the next upgrade.
So, any ideas of which is best? I do a lot of gaming, but I also plan to use a Line6 Guitarport and guitar hooked up to it. I'm thinking of doing some limited overclocking also.

Buy the cheapest one among them.

If you don't need bluetooth, don't buy KT3 Ultra2-BR. Buy KT3 Ultra2-R only

Thanks for the reply spitfire. I was leaning toward the MSI board anyway. I've just read a lot of good things about the Epox.
