Best rambus mobo with 533 FSB for P4 2.4Ghz?

What is the current best mobo with rambus ram, USB 2.0, support for P4 2.4Ghz and higher, Raid, 6 channel audio(onboard), 533 FSB, and Firewire (if applicable). If you know of any boards that come close to these types of specs let me know. Thanks for the help.

Most likely the Gigabyte GA-8IHXP, but I'm not sure if the 6-channel capable sound chip is wired for all 6 channels.
