Quality motherboard companies

I am wanting to build a Duron 1.2 GHz low-end system for someone using as cheap-as-possible components while still maintaining quality.

I want a motherboard with integrated video and sound and found a Biostar M7VKQ for $56 at newegg.com. Does Biostar produce quality boards?

For future reference, what does everyone think are the highest quality (reliability) motherboard manufacturers?

Go ahead with the biostar if it meets your needs. Newegg will handle any problems promptly. Asus may still have the best quality. Epox has good customer support.
