Giga 8ihxp problems

i was getting a few crashes so i ran memtest86 for a few passes - im getting errors =/

Ok
Gigabyte 8ihxp w/f6 bios (what bios ya'll on? i tried f3 and f4 too)
Intel p4 2.53
4x256 kingston 1066 non ecc memory
460w power
ATI Rage 9700pro
2 ata 133 drives in raid

im currently doing the test with nothing plugged in - just floppy, video, memory, processor...

The everything is set to optimized defaults after pulling the cmos...it is recognizing 533/133...
Any ideas?

Ive tried the memory in 2x256 both pairs and still get the errors...

They are in test 5 and 6...

Kingston 1066 eh?

Are you sure?

if you can get Windows installed and running, run Sandra system info to check the actual specs on the memory.

MANY people have reported problems with their Kingston 1066
Most of the time they found out it was NOT Kingston ram afterall, but was some other unknown ram made up to look like Kingston.

nah says kingston - ive ordered another MB in case this one is bad...ive also ordered 2 more full sets of memory...

If all this fails im gonna just go nuts...
