New PC - what game to test it on??

Hey guys, i just got myself a new PC

2x 8800 GTX 768MB SLI - Video Cards
Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 - 2.66GHz CPU
SB Creative X-Fi Sound Card
2G 1066Hz Corsair High-End RAM
2x 74G Raptor 10,000 RPM Hard Drive
Nvidia Chipset 680i Motherboard

Thats pretty much it. So yeh, just wondering what game currently out will test my system the most. Ive heard a bit about F.E.A.R, but i dont have that one. Most recent games i have are, Supreme Commander, BF2142, Lost Planet Extreme Conditions - DEMO, Company of Heroes, Lord of the Rings Online, Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl, and spiderman 3.

Also, its running on windows XP.

Any suggestions for games i havnt got there, or opinions on F.E.A.R, would be welcome. Thanks

FEAR is free, and is a MUST.

Try BF2, or BF2 demo.

Oblivion at high resolutions outside with all grass and trees at max will make it hiccup

Battlefield 2142, Flight Simulator X (eats framerates for breakfast) and Prey are also good ones. Doom III is getting on a bit, but is still an industry benchmark game.

Fear is nothing now days, my 8800GTS kills it with everything max 1280x1024 with an average of 136fps and a min of 66.

Supreme commander will slow your shit down.

I agree! Get SC going on a high res with a big map. It will seriously mess with your system and give you the test your looking for.

Oblivion, Supreme Commander, and Stalker will make a good foe.

depends what you want to test....

cpu and gfx then choose oblivion on high res on highest everything.

just the CPU then run Supreme commander, its not very graphical intensive.

to test more the graphics card run FEAR.

dont recommend running STALKER, thats not very graphical intensive or cpu, its just badly coded.
