importing Outlook Express Blocked sender list

Does anyone know of an easy way to import the Blocked senders list in Outlook Express?

I have tried the suggestion in the M$ Knowledge Base, but everytime I exit and restart OE, my blocked senders list is empty, and if I enter the addresses manually, they disappear as well.
