System hangs in XP

Hi guys, hope some1 can give some good advise.

I am having some wierd hangs in XP. Mostly when playing games. The sounds makes some wierd clicks and the graphics freeze.

I have absolutely no idea what is causing this, so now i try asking you, hehe.

Specs:

Water cooled AMD athlon 1400 (100mhz bus), 1.85 volt. (51C runnung prime95)
ASUS A7V-133 mobo
300W AOpen PSU: rated: 16A at 3.3V and 30A at 5V, actual voltage: 5v: 4.98, 3.3V: 3.58V)
Hercules KyroII tv-out.
Sound blaster audigy, adaptec 2940 etc.

All latest drivers, 4 in 1, graphics and so on are installed.

Could be the 4 in 1's. Via drivers have been known to cause problems. An older version might help. Also, try going to viaarena.com and searching the forums.
