This is a new board. I sent a board to Asus under warranty. They sent this one back to me. I have the paperwork from ASUS. August 2007. The board is still under warranty but I dont know if the warranty is transferable. I have not done anything with the board except take it out look at it. None of the pins have any marks on them so this board has never had anything pluged into it. Like I said, It's NEW! I also have Manual, CD, Back Plate and the origional box. If you have a good 754 CPU and an AGP video card this would make a great back-up or surf wagon.
