So I want to get a Netbook but was wondering if I will be able to upgrade to Windows Home Premium or Professional with it?

Of course the specs have to be good enough, I know, but I have a Windows 7 Home Premium disk that I got from Newegg. It's a OEM for System Builders or something.

Anyway, the Netbook won't have an optical drive, so can I get the files from the disk onto a USB drive and load it onto the Netbook, or will that not work?
