Sound not working on all XP accounts

I have 3 accounts setup on Windows XP pro. The 1st
account I created plays sound, but the other 2 accounts
will run the mp3 or whatever, but no sound comes out. I
checked the settings and nothing is muted and the volume's
are all up. They all have the administrative rights so I
wasn't sure what the deal was there. Please help.
