Hello , I want to Change CPU in 2 pcs I own and I want to know if it is necessary to change the m/b or I can update only the bios etc...

in the 1st m/b I'd like to put some XP amd CPU and to the 2nd a celeron new CPU .If it is not possible then what m/b not expensive enough should I buy?

Well, you didn't provide the chipset information on the second system, but you can't put a Celeron on a Socket 462 (AMD) board. The first one should take an XP2000+ without problem, the second one might also (it should if it uses a KT133A or newer). Either could require a BIOS update.
