Yup thats it... i'm selling it because my motherboard only supports 800mhz memory so i am not using these to their full potential.. usedthemfor 4 months no issues ever! i'm asking $200 Shipped... cant beat that kind of price for basically new pieces

Used PC parts in working condition are worth 50% of retail to me;
4GB of that RAM currently sells for $320, it's worth $160 to me.

sorry wont sell that that low... i'd rather wait and get a motherboard that supports them... go ahead and buy them for $320 if thats what you want to do vs $200 for mine that are 4 months old and never overclocked lol
