Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer forgoes character development and plot depth to showcase flashy effects and mildly-exciting action scenes. However, the Surfer alone is worth a matinee ticket.

I would totally agree, I wouldn't be suprised if they make a spin off of the silver surfer. On the other hand I would have to say at least this newest sequal to Fantastic 4 did not kill off anyone other than Galactus... I was heart broken when Spiderman 3 killed off the coolest bad guy of all (the Symbiot).

This film reminds me why some of these movie execs need to be slapped.
