Beeps in a CDM-8900

My CDM-8900 now beeps twice each time I make or receive a call. It did
not do this for the first month or so. Anyone know what might be
happening?

You probably have a voicemail you have not yet retrieved. If not, call
Verizon support and have them reset your voicemail.
