Hi,
I fancied playing X-Com again for old times sake so i downloaded it only to remember after i'd unpacked it that it used to be a DOS based game. Can anyone please tell me how to make it run through XP please.
Nice one,
Panface.

Funny you should say this. I recently looked for the original UFO: Enemy Unknown and came across it for free on a website. Works in XP. not sure what the website was but a quick google search "UFO enemy unknown" should locate it. From there it may be possible to find apocalypse.

The only thing I can think of is using command prompt..

Warcraft 1 is a DOS game, it runs good in XP..

edit just checked wikipedia, there are windows ports for x-com games.

I'd say for a game as old as that, give DOSBox a go.
