Flashing the bios... Please help!

here's what my mainboard is:

i got this off bios agent:

BIOS Date: 12/08/00
BIOS Type: Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG

BIOS Eval: W6340MS V1.6 120800 10:21:33

Superio: VIA 686 rev 34 found at port 7h


so how can I get a bios update to flash that? I need it cos my graphics card (MSI Starforce Geforce 3 Ti200 64 MB DDR) has problems with my motherboard... anyhoo... can anyone help? ;)
