Problem with windows 7

Hello,
i don't know what's happened to my laptop since i installed windows 7. it randomly hangs, but the cursor still can move.
second, my web cam hasn't been working properly, though i already installed its driver.
fyi, my laptop:
Acer Travelmate 6291
OS: Windows 7 Professional (32 bit)

Try going to device manager and updating all your drivers for everything
