Motherboard for Counter-Strike server

I am building a new computer for a CS server:
Win2000 pro, amd xp 1600+, 512mb ddr

I have a few questions about the motherboard i should choose. I was thinking i should get a mboard with onboard video and onboard sound since the server shouldn't be needing good sound/video. Is this a good idea?

Also, can i get some model suggestions for a good, stable, amd xp motherboard with sound/video for under $100?
