When I open another site (from within)the new windows is
minimized. How do I set it up so that it comes full
screen all the time? I don't want to hit F11 or the
maximize icon.

Drag the window to the desired size and press CTRL while you close it.
Do not maximize the window. If you want a full-screen, drag the window
to the max size manually.
