RTM or General availibility?

Hey guys I just want to know Windows 8 General availability will be different, or it's just the RTM that has been leaked?

The RTM build is what will be available on the GA date (October 26th). the General Availability date is simply the date when the RTM build will appear in retail boxed form on store shelves, and also when you can buy a new PC with Windows 8 pre-installed.
