Asus vs. MSI

I need a new mobo for my t-bird 950 (the old one rests in peace...lol) so i need a new board, and figured i'd get ddr as well
by the reviews i saw, no point in spending the extra cash (which i dont have) on the kt400, so i'll stick with kt333, so now, which board should i get? the asus7v333 OR the msi kt3 ultra something?
i'd get a gigabyte, but none are available in this [-peep-] hole (norway) so please help!

btw, would the fact that my gf4 is msi make it run ANY faster at all on the msi board?

and another btw, u think i should get a new psu cuz the last 1 burned my ga-7zx mobo? is there a difference bween 300-400w thingers?

I personally prefer the Asus, but the MSI is good too. If you are on a tight budget, buy the MSI because its about $ 30 cheaper.
