any last suggestions?

My last motherboard (a ga-7zx) was survived by an athlon 950(t-bird), a gf4 ti4200, some useless pc133 ram, etc.
i was thinking of getting a new asus (a7v333) and apacer ddr333 ram.
any incompatability issues i should know about b4 ordering? dont wanna get caught with my pants down...
dont have alotta money so dont go like "ah get an xp 2200" or something... not an overclock freak, but getting 1050-1100mhz would be nice!

Never heard of apacer RAM. I would recommend a Corsair or Crucial. Anyway, make sure your RAM is CAS 2.
