After i finish install Sim City 4 but i can't run it, anyone know how to fix it? when i run the test it shows that the minimum requirement is P3 800mhz and it show mine have -15000+ mhz.. how to fix that? is there any path to dl to fix the problem? thanks.

btw my pc spec
c2d e6600
8800gts 320mb
2 Gb ram cosair twinx xms2 sli
530 watt enlight psu
