Do I really need a high End Card To Play DiRT

Hi ppl i just want 2 ask if i really need a HIGH END CARD to play Colin MacRae DiRT ill give u the specs of my PC

CPU - 4200X2 @ Stock CLocks
RAM - 1GB x2 Kingston
HDD - 160GB Sata For Windows and 320GB Storage
Graphic - 7600GT
Mobos - Asus Nforce 4 Ultra Non SLI

with these specs i can only run usig low resolutions and low levels of details... and what about buying a 8600GT???

stay away from the 8600 series. if ur still running xp then go with a 1950xt 256mb. if ur running vista, go with an 8800 320mb (although if you intend to game with dx10 its probably better to get the 640mb edition). the 8600gt has about the same power as the 7800gt. while the 8600gts has the power of a 7900gt. both are horrible at dx10 though.
