Gigabyte 7VAXP Memory Problem?

Hi all. I just bought a GA-7VAXP and am having a bit of trouble with it. When installing WinXP, as soon as it gets to the GUI portion of the installation, it posts a STOP error. I've gotten several different ones including IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR, and most recently MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. Usually it comes up with the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error. Once it also posted an error with the ntfs driver. I'm using one stick of Corsair 512MB CL2 DDR400 RAM, an Athlon XP 2200+, Radeon 9700 PRO. From what I've been able to find about these errors on the net, I'm pretty sure I might have some bad memory. What does anyone else think?

My RAM is all broken.
