Help Me Find a Media Streamer

I'm curently looking for a media streamer which fits the following requirements. I'm looking for advice directing me towards products which fit my requirements if possible.

Can play AVI, MPEG, and also MKV files

Has built in storage

Can connect to home network (Windows shares) over WIFI and stream files off there too.

Some features that would also be nice to have:

USB socket so I can plugin a memory stick to view videos/photos etc.

Ability to copy file to the device from the computer over WIFI.

If it matters, we use windows PCs in the house so no Mac compatibility needed
