ok, ya'll are smart, help me here.

Problem one. If i run my computer in normal boot modes, I get a CMD error saying that access is denied when i try to install Burning Crusades. This problem is overcome by running in safe mode.

When i upon the installer app in safe mode, I click install, and i make it to the End User License Agreement. When it reaches that screen, it gives me a giant windows gray screen that sits there, and if i click enter on they keyboard it closes out and goes back to the menue with the install button.

So then, ya'll are smart, help me fix said problems. There first is just annoying, i mostly just want the second resolved.
