Hello,
I am having a weird problem with my deskjet 720C.

It was working fine for a while.
I haven't been using it for a while and in the meantime we setup a network
LAN.

The problem is that the printer does not respond.
I am using it localy (not shared) with the laptop and when printing there is
no response. even in dos mode there is no response DIR >LPT1 does not work.
No error,but no response.

2 questions: Do you think having a netwok could be the issue (the printer is
not shared, used locally) ?
Could it be related to the empty ink cartridges. But it should normally
notify by blinking leds.

any help would be much appreciated

Francis
